The interior of the barn is entirely non-smoking.
Festive evenings with friends are not permitted.
pets are not allowed
You must give priority to parking in the dedicated spaces in front of the house and behind the gate; if necessary, next to the gate (please note that this is a private road with a right of way). The lane must always be kept clear to allow access to the neighbour's house.
The floor
The floors of the chalet are made entirely of soft wood. Please use slippers or shoes without pointed heels
In winter, please do not wear ski boots or skis. At the entrance to the house, you will find a place to remove your shoes and a ski rack. You can store your ski boots on the shelves provided near the stove to dry them.
Heating
There are electric radiators and a pellet stove. Pellets are supplied in 7 x 15 kg bags (only during the winter season). Additional bags will be charged at €7 per bag.
Electricity
The circuit breaker is in the cupboard on the right as you enter. If it trips due to over-consumption, you need to take action on the Linky meter, otherwise you need to reset the circuit-breaker by lifting the switch handle.
You will be billed for electricity at the current rate: 0.3/kWh under the basic option.
When you leave
• Wash and put away your dishes (and therefore empty the dishwasher)
• Empty your rubbish into the village containers at the end of the road. Sort your rubbish responsibly. For selective sorting, simply throw your rubbish directly into the yellow bin without a bin liner.
• Turn off all radiators
• Put away anything you've used (books, CDs, DVDs, games, etc.).
Practical information for your stay
You will be given two keys for your stay.
You can walk into town along the "Coulée Verte", which is next to the house (about 10 minutes). There is a shuttle bus at the entrance to the dead end which serves the whole town (including the cable car station) and the surrounding area.
There is a ski locker at the resort.
You can do your shopping in the Village or at the entrance to Cauterets (3 mins by car towards the village exit).
WIFI :
Instructions for use are in the kitchen drawer under the oven; for TV and internet, in the sideboard drawer in the living room. You will also find some board games and books.
